Sending waves of bluesy-punk-rock guitar riffs and infectious lyrics into the stratosphere above the UK, TRASH MONKEY have been building a name and reputation for themselves since 2006. After reaching the Buckinghamshire’s Battle of the Bands final in May, these guys have been determined to enforce the gospel according to their own mantra of music, music and music – they thrive on playing LOUD and LIVE.
With influences ranging from The Ramones, Turbonegro and Mötley Crüe to Johnny Cash and everything in between, TRASH MONKEY have taken their own material on the road visiting sweaty venues and raucous festivals; leaving a trail of empty beer tents and a bluesy punk’n'roll resonance in their wake.
2010 saw a number of dates in the band’s schedule, including two dates at on the national BMF Show calender, their first EP released and the return of their Helloween show with guests Isabelle and The Silver Brazilians.
